Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.

• The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
• For experience certificate issued for Joint venture (JV), similar/specific work experiences will be considered according to actual work done and share declared by concern PE.
• Only the certificates issuing from concern PE with detail information (such as; Name of the work, executed value, duration of work, official memo no. with date) will be accepted for specific experience.
• During performance matrix calculation only executed amount shall be accepted. The certificate mentioned value (contract price or any other value) except executed amount will not be considered during matrix calculation. In case of the work done by JV, the value shall be accepted according to the share/work done of JV partner.
