Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. Reputed Contractors / Construction Firms who have minimum 3 years of general experience in construction works.
2. Having Experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) similar work with construction works amounting to Tk.35 (thirty five) lakh during last 3 (three) years in a single tender in Government /Semi -Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, years counting backward form the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over Tk.35 (thirty five) lakh during the last 3 (three) years.
4. The Tenderers shall have minimum Liquid asset or working capital/credit facilities shall be Tk.20.00 (twenty) lakh..credit commitment shouild be submitted.
5. e. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.35 (thirty five) lakh
6. The tenderer will have to submit the following papers/ document along with other relevant papers/documents.
(a)Up to date income tax clearance certificate .
(b)Up to date trade License .
(c)Valid VAT Registration certificate from the concerned office.
