* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of general experience in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift, escalator and Generator
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supplying & Installation of minimum 01 No Lift and 01 No Generator at least 01(one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years,
with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lakh in Govt./SemiGovt./Autonomous body/Private Organization (Criteria of workcertificate authentication is described in STD) of Bangladesh.
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit (as per Form PG3-8) of Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk. 60.00 (Sixty-Two) lakh.
4. Updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
5. Updated ABC/BC category contractory & supervisory license issued form Electrical Licensing Board.
6. All other required conditions as mentioned in tender documents and section 6: uploaded terms and condition must be fulfilled.
