Brief Description of Package: Re-routing work of 132 kv Sirajgonj-Sherpur Transmission Line and tower of PGCB at Hatikamrul interchange area under the jurisdiction of SASEC Road Connectivity Project-ll.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 4000; Tender Security: 3000000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 100000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 300000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 100000000 ~ 300000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. General experience: The minimum experience of the Tenderer in  construction works of Transmission line as a Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
2. Specific experience:
(a) The tenderer should have experience as a Contractor in at least 2 (two) similar construction works of  132kv or higher voltageTransmission Line including supply of Tower,  Conductor & fittings; each contract with a minimum value of (In BDT)  8.00 (Eight) crores that have been successfully completed within last 4 (four) years starting from the date of publication of this IFT in e-GP system.
(b) Two Contracts must include Foundation, Erection of tower and ACSR or ACCC Conductor Stringing works for 132kv or higher voltage level.
(c) The tenderer should have experience of installing ERS tower with bypass line of 132kv or higher voltage level.
(d) Tower supply must be ensured from the manufacturer who previously supplied directly or through EPC in PGCB.
(e) PAT & FAT of Tower materials have to be completed by 02(Two) PGCB engineers. Cost of PAT and FAT witness is deem to be included in bid price.
(f) The tenderer should have skilled Manpower & Engineers experienced in similar works(Documentary evidence justified by respective PE).
(g) All works should be completed as per approved drawing & schedule.
(h) Tender security shall be furnished in favor of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. in form of pay order or Bank draft.
