Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS.
2. After completion of the tender opening process, in case unable to download documents uploaded (required for tender evaluation) by the tenderer may be treated as non-responsive.
3. Up to date Trade license/VAT/Tax Certificate for the year 2021-2022.
4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
5. The tenderer shall be submitted liquid asset by bank credit facilities as STD prescribed form is provided in Section 7 (General Specifications). The tender will not be considered as responsive without submitting liquid asset by bank credit facilities as STD prescribed form. Amount of liquid asset is TK. 30,00,000/-
6. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum TK.25,00,000/- under single contracts in the last 5 of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 3 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk.20,00,000/- in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous body.
7. Manufacturer Authorization Letter must be submitted.
8. Catalogue must be submitted.
9. All BD/Pay Order must be in favor of Jessore University of Science & Technology, Jessore-7408
