Brief Description of Package: Servicing and Refilling works of Fire Extinguisher should be done from contact date to 30, June 2023 as required/as per direction and decision of work in-charge at Mymensingh, Kishoreganj, Netrokona, Jamalpur and Sherpur Grid Substation under GMD,PGCB,Mymensingh.

* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 350000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1050000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 350000 ~ 1050000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. A satisfactory completion of Fire Extinguisher Refilling works of tk.200000/- (Two Lakh) in a single or two contract in PGCB,BPDB, BREB, DPDC, DESCO, RPCL, Nesco, EGCB over a period of 03 (Three) years shall
be required.
2. Minimum amount of liquid asset tk 200000/-(Two Lakh).
3. Updated Valid Tax,VAT,Trade Licence,BSTI Certificate,Fire Service and Civil Defence Licence,Lab Test Report.
4. As per ITT-Clause 31.2(a)i. Tender security will be prepared from the bank
registered with e-GP system in favour of the POWER
GRID COMPANY OF BANGLADESH LTD either in the form of a bank draft
or pay Order.
