Eligibility criteria:
1. General experience of minimum 5(five) years 2. The minimum specific experience in external electrification works of BDT 55.00 lac including Sub Station, Air cooler, CCTV system, Intercom system, Conference System, Pumpmotor, Fire fighting system and Compound security lighting works in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies. (3) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done (4) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over last 5 (five) years of Tk 120.00 lac. (5)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 40.00 lac. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related work (the name of work). Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(6)Tender Capacity shall be 55.00 lac. 7) The tenderer must possess: i)Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate ii)Valid VAT registration certificate. iii)Up-to-date trade license. iv)Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license v)Manufacturer authorization letter only from the manufacturer of Substation equipment and Manufacturer authorization for Pump Motor Set, Air Cooler, Intercom system, CCTV system, Conference system from the manufacturer or the sole agent of the product
