Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 300000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 300000 ~ 900000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.General experience:
The Tenderer should have minimum of 3 years experience in supply of Goods and related services as a Contractor.
2.Specific experience:
i) The tenderer should have experience as a contractor in at least 02 (two) contract of supply and delivery records of  substation Equipment,Tools & Material in Major Power utilities such as  PGCB/BPDB/BREB/DPDC/DESCO/NESCO or Equivalent,  Successfully  completed within the last 03 years ( years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper) at a cost of  each contract not less than 2.50 Lakh.
3.  The tenderer shall have to submitt at least 2 (two) Satisfactory Certificate in End-User's Offical Pad; in favor of above mentioned experienced stating that the performance of the supplied Equipment/Tools/Materials are satisfactory at a cost of  each contract not less than 2.50 Lakh.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be BDT 3.00 Lakh.
5. Tender security shall be furnished in favor of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. in form of pay order or Bank draft.
