Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below :
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of works including Civil sanitary and Electrification works completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lacs under a single contract with Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lacs over the last 05 (Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to submitted with all supporting documents.
(d) The minimum Amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 7.00 (Seven) Lacs Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in PW2a-3 form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. For credit facilities of the Tenderer available balance of facilities shall be mentioned.
(e) The Tenderer have to up-to-date ABC License and Electric Supervisory License, up-to-date Trade License & Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate of his own.
(f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lacs The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet with supporting documents.
