Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum no of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
2. The minimum Specific Experience as a Contractor of at least 1 Building/ Similar Construction work under single contract completed within the last 5 years of a value of at least Tk 1.50 Lac in a single tender in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. In case of the work done under other departments except PWD, the Authenticating Authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD.
4. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.1.50 lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
5. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 1.50 Lac during the last 5 years preceding the date of invitation of the tender. Only payment certificated will be counted for turnover calculation. No completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate. The Tenderer must submit a summarized Turnover Calculation sheet of last 5 years.
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 2.00 lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet with the following supporting documents i) Maximum value of Works performed in any 1 year during last 5 years and ii) Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next 12 months.
7. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, and valid VAT registration certificate, along with the Tender.
