Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 3 (three) years of general experience in construction works.
(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of building electromechanical works of at least Tk 20.00 (Twenty) lakh under single number of contract over a period of five years shall be required.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over in last 5 (five) years of Tk 40.00 (Fourty) lakh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk 24.00 (Twenty Four) lakh. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related works. Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit.Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e) Tender Capacity of Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five)lakh .
(f) The tenderer must posses
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license
iv)Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license
