Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
as per TDS
1. The Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services
2. The Tenderer shall have specific experience as supplier in supply of similar goods (Livestock,poultry and duck feed) with a value of minimum BDT 90,00,000/-(Ninty lakhs BDT) in maximum 02(Two) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years in Government, Semi-government and Autonomous bodies.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT. 90,00,000 (Ninty Lakhs BDT ). The liquid assests i.e. Credit line substaintated by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PG3-8) without alteration, issued not 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
4.Special Instructions:
i.Tenderer  should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate etc.
ii. Tenderer should submit experience certificate of feed manufacturer who have at least 3 years experience for Duck/Poultry pellet feed production with ISO Certificate and category-1 (Feed mill) license from Department of Livestock Service (DLS) i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
