* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 5(Five) years. [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
2. Who have experience of Same nature of work TK.12.00 lac in a single work order which is successfully completed during the last 5 (five) years. Year will be counted backwardly from the date of publication of Tender notice.
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 18.0 Lakh . Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted.
4.The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk.65,000.00
5. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
6.Up-to-date valid Trade License, TIN Certificate and VAT Certificate.
7. If Tenderer Quoted Rate Excessive Less/Higher than Estimated Cost then Tenderer will be Non Responsive according to PPR 2008 art 98(23).
