Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must possess valid up to date Trade Liscense, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk 12 (Twelve) lacs years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
4. The required Average Annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 60 (sixty) lacs over the last 05 (five) years. Year-wise Payment Certificates issued by concerned PEs shall be considered in determining Annual Construction Turnover.
5. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 10.00 lacs. credit line(s) shall be substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7), without alteration. Any certificate/document to be submitted in support of financial qualification must be issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 12 (Twelve) lacs.
