Brief Description of Package: Outsourcing of Driver as per Staff setup of the Bandarban PWD Division, Bandarban (During the year: 2022-2023).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 533333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 533333 ~ 1600000.

Eligibility criteria:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
ii) A satisfactory completion of similar nature of works under a single contract successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk 4.00 (Four) lakh.
a) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 7.00 (Seven) lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 4.00 (Four) Lakh. In case of the Letter of commitment for Banks undertaking for Line of credit (Form PW2a-3) 0f tender and contract forms shall be submitted.
v) The required amount of Tender capacity shall be Tk 5.00 (Five) Lakh.
vi) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
vii) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
a) Updated income tax clearance certificate with TIN
b) Updated VAT registration certificate.
c) Updated valid Trade license
