Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 15000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Copy of NID card
c. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Patuakhali Science & Technology University (PSTU),Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
d.Tendere must have completion certificate of successful complition of at least one supply of e-books of value 5.00 Lakhs within the stipulated time in last 05 (Five) Years.
e. Copy of NOA/Work Order must be attached with each Work Completion Certificate.
f. Tenderes must have a 05 (Five) Years experience of Supply of Books and journals . 
g. Tendere must provide perpetual e-book service.
h. Publisher authorization letter must be submitted.
