Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1283333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3850000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1283333 ~ 3850000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum experience as a Prime Contractor in Electrification Works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) successfully completed in Government/ semi government/ autonomous organizations within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 11.50 Lakh. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8.00 Lakh. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of Unconditional Liquid Asset from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in PW3-7 form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk 20.00 Lakh over the last 3 years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk 11.50 Lakh.
5. The tenderer must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License.
6. Up-to-date ABC category Electrical Contractory and Supervisory License from Electricity licensing Board of Government of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender.
7. All other eligibility and prequalification will be counted as per TDS, PCC & ITT.
8. If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.
