Brief Description of Package: Supply of Furniture for School Building at JUST.

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2166666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer should have registration on e-GP portal system.
2. Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS.
3. Special Instruction: The submitted tender will not be consider as responsive if unusual rates have been quoted by the tenderer for a particular item without submitting any explanation or analysis along with the tender documents.
4. After completion of the tender opening process, in case unable to download documents uploaded (required for tender evaluation) by the tenderer may be treated as non-responsive.
5. Up to date Trade license/VAT/Tax ,Incorporation, IRC , ISO, Factory License, Environment Clearance, Fire & Bangladesh Furniture Industries Owners Association Certificate.
6. The tenderer shall be submitted liquid asset by bank credit facilities as STD prescribed form is provided in Section 7 (General Specifications). The tender will not be considered as responsive without submitting liquid asset by bank credit facilities as STD prescribed form. Amount of liquid asset is TK. 7,50,000/-
7. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 20,00,000.00 (Twenty lakh ) under maximum 3 contracts in the last 5 (Five) years in any Govt./ Semi Govt. organization.. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
8. Furniture must be a renowned brand (Hatil/Otobi/Regal/Partex/Navana/Hatim or equivalent approve by eic) & Catalogue/Design must be submitted.
9. All BD/Pay Order must be in favour of Jessore University of Science & Technology, Jessore-7408
10. Authorization letter not granted.
