Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
. Tender security will be submitted in the form of Pay order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Accounts Officer, Thakurgaon Regional Accounting Center, BWDB, Thakurgaon or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Executive Engineer, Panchagarh O&M Division, BWDB, Panchagarh will be allowed (Bank Guarantee Form PSN-4). 2. Original copy of relevant documents to be shown to the recruitment committee. 3. Service provider/personnel needs to appear for interview to the authority on the date and place as specified by PE. 4. Tenderer has to submit list of personnel for each post with CV, filled up excel sheet regarding the information of outsourcing personnel given in Appendix-D and experience certificate. 5. Recruiting manpower through outsourcing does not guarantee permanent employment. As soon as the manpower supply expires, their service period or service will automatically expire. Subsequent assimilation or regularization or any other facility in this regard cannot be claimed in any way. 6. Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved. Note: The Procurement of Non-Consulting Services (PSN) document will be applicable for this Manpower Supply work which has been uploaded in section-7. This tender will be evaluated according to the rules & guidelines of ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, activity schedule, and various forms etc. (that contains qualification criteria, evaluation criteria, sub-criteria, the point/mark against various sub-criteria and other related conditions) of the PSN document. The relevant PSN document of this tender/work contains several sections such as ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, various PSN forms, activity schedule, and various appendixes etc. which are uploaded in section-7.
