Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. All the tenderers must be registered with e-GP portal through CPTU.
2. Tenderer shall fulfill all criterias which are stated in TDS.
3. Tenderer shall submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format (Form PW2a-3).
4. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost shall be non-responsive.
5. The process of acquirement of land under BWDB for the site of re-construction works have not been completed yet. No claim or compensation shall be entertained in this connection.
6. Payments of executed work will be made upon availability of funds. Quality & quantity of works shall be checked by BWDB Task Force Committee.
7. Confirming the circular about Formation of JVCA, Business Share, Specific Experience, Turnover (See attached document of CPTU Circular in section 8: Particular Specification).
8. The Contractor shall keep records of steal and video pictures of the works before start of work and after completion of works maintaining same angle of pictures at his own cost and he will submit bill with voucher (Vetted by Competent Authority).
9. After completion of the tender opening process, only downloaded documents of the tenderer from egp portal shall be treated as submitted documents.
10. Only work completion certificates with official memo nos & dates in the forms supported by CPTU stating name of works, tender ID & package no, name of contractor (stating % of shares of JVCA partners without which minimum % of shares shall be counted), final billed amount, date of commencement, date of completion from Procuring Entities (In case of certificates of works under PIOs, must be counter signed by UNOs) shall be taken into consideration for computing average annual construction turnovers and selection of similar nature works.
