Brief Description of Package: 1. Tenderer must possess valid up to date Trade Liscense, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate.

2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.

3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of Completion of Retrofitting a RCC Frame structure Building work successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk 20 (Twenty) lacs constructed through any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous organization in Bangladesh. Work Certificate must be vetted by concerned Executive Engineer of PWD for works done in an organization rather then PWD.

4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 100 (One hundred) lacs over the last 05 (five) years. Year-wise Payment Certificates issued by concerned PEs shall be considered in determining Annual Construction Turnover.

5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 20 (Twenty) lacs. credit line(s) shall be substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7), without alteration. Any certificate/document to be submitted in support of financial qualification must be issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.

6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 20 (Twenty) lacs
