Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 18000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6000000 ~ 18000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
(i) Supplier shall have a minimum five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
(ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Supply of Duck/Poultry feed) of minimum BDT 55,00,000.00 [Fifty-five lakh only] under public sector maximum single [1] contracts in the last five [5] of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(iii) Supplier must submitted the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Supply of Duck/Poultry feed) of at maximum single [1] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [5] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 55,00,000.00 [Fifty-five lakh only] with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy or Manual work order, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive.
(iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 60,00000.00 [Sixty lakh] only.
Special Instruction:
(i) Supplier should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate (2021-2022) etc.
(ii) Supplier should confirm after sale servises, warranty certificate and should submitted the manufacturer must have to have Five (5) years’ experience for Duck/Poultry pellet feed production with ISO Certificate and category-1 (Feed mill) license from Department of Livestock Service (DLS) i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive
