Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Chemical and Test kit for Engine Cooling, Water Treatment of Raw and Boiler Water of Bera 70 MW Peaking Power Plant

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Valid and up-to-date Trade License.
2)Valid and up-to-date Tax Certificate and TIN Certificate,
3)Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
4) NID and Poper Authorisation Letter.
5)The Contractor should have  a Minimum Liquid Asset or Credit facilities Tk.7,00,000/=(Seven Lakh Tk)
6)The Contractor should have a successful specific experience in supplying a similar type of chemical/similar type of items in any public sector Power Plant within the last 02 (Two) Years with a value of at least Tk 7,00,000/= (Seven Lakh TK) under a single Contract.
7) The Contractor should have minimum 02 (Two) Years of specific experience in supplying similar chemicals.
8)Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis & Test Information, Product data sheet, Product Safety data sheet, Proper and Valid imported document & Warranty Certificate submission is inevitable.
9)The supplying goods should not be imported 01 (One) Year ago from the time of Tender Opening.
10)The supplied chemicals and test kits will be tested in the Test Lab of BUET/KUET/CUET/RUET/BCSIR (If Feasible, Concern Authority decides and necessary). All expenses for testing purposes will be borne by the supplier.
11)The Contractor shall submit at list 01 (one) kg/liter sealed sample for each item and test kits with details test analysis report, Product data sheet through postal or courier or directly to PE's Office before closing the time of Tender Opening.
