* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
1. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Construction work of Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies.
2. Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of Civil, Sanitary and Electrical works worth not less than of Tk Thirty Seven (37) Lakh in a single tender during last five years in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. Thirty four (34) Lakh. over the last 5 (five) years.
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit facilities/creditline of the tenderer shall be TK. Fourty Five (45) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW2a-3 (Line of Credit) only.
5. Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
6. Up-to dated both ABC/BC category contractory& Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, GoB and Civil License.
7. All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, TDS, PCC of STD must be fulfilled.
