Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 16666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in RCC construction works of at least 1(one) number contract of 1-storied building with 2-storied foundation successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 1.00 (one.point zero zero) crore in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 1.50 (one point five zero) crore over the last 5 (five) years or best 5(five) years in the last 10 (ten) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit facilities as e-PW2A-3 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1.50 (one point five zero) crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued by scheduled bank in between tender publication and submission date.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be 1.15 (one point one five) crore. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or successfully completed contract as e-PW2-3B and e-PW2-3A format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date.
6. The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC and supervisory license.
