Eligibility criteria:
a)The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature Manufacturing and Supplying of New furniture at least in 01 (One ) Contract successfully complete in a single Work Order within the last 05 (Five) Years amounting of Tk. 14.00 Lakh in EED in Bangladesh.
b) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated : 30/08/2018 & Memo No : 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No : 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
c) Maximum 02 (Two) packages will be provided in a single tenderer in the advertisement Notice that published in Newspaper.
d) If Quoted Rates are excessive above/less than the estimated cost then the tenderer must submit detail Analysis of his Quoted Rate according to PWD Schedule of Rates 2018. Otherwise the tenderer will be non-responsive according to PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).
e) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
