Special Instruction:
Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the supply work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
Work certificate which is issued by the PE ( Procuring Entity) and executed by public fund will only be considered as an qualification criteria.
Test fee for the required test (as per direction of engineer in charge) conducted during / after the supply of geobag to be paid by the contractor.
The uploaded documents by the contractor must be clearly readable, any misleading information provided by the contractor represent his/her disqualification.
