* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Electro-mechanical works as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supplying & Installation of Lift at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 58.00 (Fifty Eight) Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/Private Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ Credit facilities (Must be unconditional and provided in form of letter of commitment of Banks undertaking for line of credit (Form PG3-8) in Original form) of Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lac. PG3-8 form is attached in Section-6.
4. Manufacturer's Authorization letter (e-PG3-5) from Lift manufacturer must be submitted.
5. Sole agent/Distributorship certificate from Lift manufacturer must be submitted.
6. Marked Catalogue & Technical specification must be submitted.
7. Terms & conditions of Lift & Escalator must be fulfilled (attached in section-6).
8. The intending tenderers must enclosed Valid VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade License and Up-to date ABC/BC Electric license and Supervisory License issued from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Section-6 of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP System.
