Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Valid Trade License, NID Card photocopy, TIN Certificate, BIN Certificate with VAT Registration and other related document ( if any) must be submitted in e-GP System.
b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 28,00,000.00 ( Twenty Eight Lakh).
d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.50,00,000.00 ( Fifty Lakh) over  the last 5 (five) years.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.13,00,000.00 (Thirteen Lakh).
