Eligibility criteria:
A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 3(Three) years of general experience in Construction and Repair works.
B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of building construction work including Civil,Sanitary & Electric works worth not less than Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lac only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 3(three) years.
C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10.00 (Ten) Lac over the last 3(Three) years
D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lac supported by Bank certificate.
E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
F) All other conditions as mentioned in Section-2, 4, 7, 8 and 9 of tender documents must be fulfilled.
