Eligibility criteria:
Valid Trade License (2020-21)
Income Tax Clearance Certificate-2020-21 (Income Tax unpaid/under process certificate will not be accepted), & VAT Registration Certificate.
Tenderer shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 13.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW3-7 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset.
Satisfying other criterion laid in the Tender data sheet of Tender documents.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
Payment will be as per ability of fund but the whole work must be completed within stipulated time.
