Eligibility criteria:
Valid Trade License (2021-22)
Income Tax Clearance Certificate-2021-22 (Income Tax unpaid/under process certificate will not be accepted), & VAT Registration Certificate.
Tenderer shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 6.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset.
The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk. 8.00 Lac in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
Satisfying other criterion laid in the Tender data sheet of Tender documents.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
Payment will be as per ability of fund but the whole work must be completed within stipulated time.
Note: P.M office letter Memo-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 Dated: 30.08.2018. His previous work does not satisfactory and he does not complete any work within stipulated time. Otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive. N: B: No more than two works will be served on the same notice.
