* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
All e-GP registered potential tenderers may submit tender provided that they are qualified
as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender
Document.
The following conditions shall be considered:
1. Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of RHD's online database
system- TDMS and TCIS.
2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going
works list, payment certificates for construction turnover etc) of the Tenderers as mapped
in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS and TCIS.
3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and TCIS with e-GP, the information
provided in the e-GP shall prevail.
4. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as
ineligible.
