Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 183333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 550000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 183333 ~ 550000.
Eligibility criteria:
All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the
Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
The following conditions shall be considered:
1. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system- TDMS.
2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc) of the Tenders as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
4. The Tenderer must have own equipment and proper documents supporting the status of ownweship shall have to be submitted. The equipment shall have to be located in Kishoreganj District at such a distance that it can be supplied readily at the requisition of the Engineer -in- Charge. Present location of the Equipments shall have to be submitted.
5. Tenderer of Poor Performance shall not be eligible for this tender.
N.B: If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measurres shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
