* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer must submit the following documents:
1. Up to date Trade License.
2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate.
3. VAT Registration Certificate or BIN Certificate.
4. Experience of Supplying similar Goods in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous
Organization within last 5 (Five) years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk.
3,50,000.00 (Three Lakh Fifty Thousand Taka Only).
6. If Tenderer is not manufacturer/authorized dealer then he/she has to submit an authorization letter from manufacturer/authorized dealer of his/her product to be supplied. If Tenderer is an authorized dealer then he/she has to submit his/her dealership certificate of his/her product to be supplied.
