Eligibility criteria:
. The Tenderers must have minimum 5 years of general experience of Construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) number of Construction of building/repair work of building including InstallationTube well works successfully completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lac under Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.10.00 (Ten) Lac in the last 5 years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 years must be submitted along with the tender. Other formats are not acceptable.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/ Credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration & must be unconditional) Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 7.00 (Seven) Lac. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (Attached in section-7). Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted along with the Tender.
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC electric license & supervisory license.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
