Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderers having the following documents are considered eligible:
1. Valid & up to date Trade License, Income Tax Certificate & e-TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
2. Bank Solvency Certificate having a minimum amount of liquid asset of Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lac) Only.
3. Having experience in successful completion of similar nature of works.
4. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turnover of similar works during last 05 years of Tk. 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lac) only.
5. The tender security may be forfeited in case of submission of any false/incorrect nor forged certificates.
6. Tenderer must be Bangladeshi citizen.
