Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 60000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 180000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 60000000 ~ 180000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
(i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (five) years.
(ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar construction works (site development with carrying truck/dump truck ) under public sector shall be at least 1 (one) contract in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 4,00,00000.00 (Four crore) only.
(iii) Tenderer must submitted work completed certificate(s) issued by the relevant PE shall be furnished with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy/Manual work order & payment certificates, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive.
(iv) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.= 9,00,00000.00 (Nine Crore) only over the last 05 years.
(v) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. = 18,45,00000.00 (Eighteen crore forty five lakh) only.
(vi) The minimum amount of Tender Capacity Tk = 4,50,00000.00 (Four crore fifty lakh) only.
Special Instruction:
(i) Tenderer should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate (2021-2022) etc. otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive.
