* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Manufacturers or the legal dealer/agent of the manufacturer who have minimum 5 (Five) years general experience in the supply of same goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of brand new vehicle of minimum Tk. 50.00 Lakh under maximum one contracts in the last 3 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lakh
4. ISO 9001:14001 or latest Certificate in favour of the manufacturer is required.
5. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Jeep 20 nos. per year
6. The Tenderer must submit the copy of their up to date trade license, income tax and VAT registration certificate.
7. The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical Specifications and Special terms and conditions).
