Eligibility criteria:
1. Enlisted A1 contractors/firms of Education Engineering Department with registered CPTU.
2. Upto date income tax clearance, valid VAT Registration, Up to trade license certificate, National ID
3. Satisfying the other criteria laid down in the tender schedule (TDS).
5. Minimum Performance Security will be 10% to 25% of the total contract price as per PPR 2008 rule 27(2).
5.The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
6. Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
7. The quoted rate must be similar/relevant to the PWD schedule of Rate 2014/2018, if quoted rates are exclusive above/less than the tenderer must submit detail analysis of his quoted rate by mentioned rate(Wood and M.S angle).In analysis, Rate must follow: Minimum rate must be(As per the attached Current Market Rate ) : Wood rate 1900tk per CFT, M.S angle Rate 72 TK per KG and MS flat bar rate 69 TK per KG. if this 2 Items(Wood & MS Angle) rate is given less than the mentioned rate the tender will be Non-Responsive according to PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).
