Eligibility criteria:
Tender must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents. Also must be submitted all Certificates/Documents for proving the informations.
1. General experience of not less than 10(ten) Years.
2. Required minimum number of similar contracts completed during last 10 (ten) years : Successfully completion of Building works or Drain Structure works (similar work) amounting of Taka at least 2.50 (Two point five zero) crore in a single work order/NOA of any Govt., Semi-govt. or Autonomous organization during the last 10 (ten) years.
3. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or available credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk.75.00 (Seventy five) lakh (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of tender submission). This certificate must be submit according to e-GP format "Letter of Commitment for Banks's undertaking for Line of Credit (Form e-PW3-6a)".
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2.50 (two point five zero) crore over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) years.
5. The tenderer must also have current year Trade License, upto date Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
6. All others as stated in the tender documents.
