Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer Must be Submitted The Following Document:
1. Valid trade licence.
2. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
3. Up to date Income Tax Certificate
4. Bank Solvency Certificate.
5. Tenderer must have to submit an authorization letter from OEM (SIEMENS). In case of authorization from authentic distributor/reseller; the distributor/reseller needs to enclose authorization certificate from OEM (SIEMENS).
6. Tenderer shall have specific experience of installation,testing & commissioning of particular CIM cards of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).
7. The Tender Documents, the Tenderer shall furnish as part of its Tender the documentary evidence that the Goods and Related Services conform to the technical specifications.
8. Certificate from the manufacturer or authorized entitties of manufacturer confirming that, offered items will meet the design specification of Cooling Tower fan motor(185~250 KW) and are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.
