Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the
construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management
Contractor shall be 05 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction
works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature and successfully completed
within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk.15.00 lakh.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of
the Tenderer shall be Tk.20.00 lakh.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than
Tk.30.00 lakh over the last 05 years.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: TK. 20.00 lakh.
