Eligibility criteria:
1.To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlistment category contractor who are registered in the National e-GP System portal (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.
2. Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate,VAT Clearance Certificate,Up to date TIN Certificate and Up to date License.
3. The default contractors of HED HQ and HED Barishal Division also whose are unable to handover or complete the project of Repair & Maintenance of Revenue and Development Budget in FY : 2020-2021 (Before this IFT Date ) will not allow participating in tender process and will not be allowed as a responsive tenderer.
4. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the News Paper.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) number of similar contract completed during last 5 (five) years Valued Minimum Tk. 5.50 (Five Lakh Fifty Thousand) in a single Contract under Public fund.
5.The required average annual Construction turnover shall be minimum Tk.24.00 (Twenty Four) Lakh over the period of last 05 (Five) years. i,e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper.
6.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 14.00 (Fourteen) Lakh
7.The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 7.50 (Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand)
8.The remaining terms and conditions will be applicable as per ITT, TDS, PPA-2006 & PPR-2008 (Last amendments).
