Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 600000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 600000 ~ 1800000.

Eligibility criteria:
The documents to be furnished by the Supplier shall be as follows:
a) Manufacturer or the Authorized distributor of the required item (Supporting Document)
b) In the case of contractor, the tenderer must submit consent letter from the manufacturer/authorized distributor in their submitted tender.
c) Five (05) Year's Experience in the supply of Electrical Goods/Equipments/similar items. In this connection, Certificates for supply of similar equipment shall have to be submitted by the bidder. i.e. years counting backward from date of publication of IFT in the E-GP system. A satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods & works of at least Tk BDT 5 Lac under 2 of contract(s) over a period of 5 years shall be required. This Supply record shall be duly signed by the manufacturer's authorized representative.
d) Tenderer should submit the Manufacturer's warranty certificate along with the bid documents.
e) a certificate, that the Tenderer is a Tax payer having valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and VAT registration number as a proof of fulfilment of taxation obligations to be mapped from e-GP Common document library of the Tenderer;b) Valid Trade license to be mapped from e-GP Common document library of the Tenderer; and any other document as specified in the TDS.
f)The period of validity of the goods Warranty shall be as per manufacturer warranty not less than 02 years from the date of successfully commissioning.
