Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Different type workshop accessories like machines tools, hand tools, welding rods grinding discs, cutter and other equipments.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) Manufacturer authorization letter shall be submitted (for equipments/ machines).
2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.
3) The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 20 (Twenty) Lac under maximum 01 (One) contract in the last 3 (three) years.
4) Tenderer shall submit sample of related items to the PE office and upload approved forwarding letter of related items into e-Gp before closing of tender.
5) Tenderer shall submit manufacturer sample design, drawing and material properties of related items.
6) Manufacturer ISO Certificate shall be submitted for equipments/ machines.
7) Declaration on letterhead pad that tender will supply all spare parts for replacement guarantee of 12 (Twelve) months and all maintenance works for warranty of 12(Twelve) months effective from the final date of completion (any without payment).
