* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Up to date Trade License, VAT registration Certificate and Income Tax Certificates.
2. Tenderer shall have to quote each and every items of the required list. If not, Tenderer will be declared technically non-responsive.
3. Tenderer shall have to supply each and every required items accurately as per required specifications. If not, then the Contract will be terminated.
4. Tenderer shall have experience of supplying similar Goods to any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization of at least 1 (one) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2.5 (Two point Five lac). (Contract Agreement and Work Completion Certificate must be submitted).
5. Minimum Liquid Asset shall be 3.5 (Three point Five) Lakh BDT.
