Eligibility criteria:
1. This invitation for tender is restricted to eligible tenderer(s) who has/have successfully completed supplying of similar goods and related services at least Tk.12 (Taka twelve) lakh only under in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Corporations/ Autonomous Organization within last 5 (five) years. i.e. years counting background from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper .The tenderer shall have to furnish experience certificate in this respect from an officer not below the rank of executive Engineer.
2. Bidder/Supplier shall have submit valid Trade License (2021-22), up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate(2021-22) & VAT registration certificate and other required eligibility as mentioned with the tender document.
3. Bidder/Supplier shall have to submit cash flow statement (computerized) of transaction from any schedule bank.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facility is Tk.12(twelve) Lakh Taka from any schedule bank
5. The receiving committee of BINA reserves the right to choice the quality and model of any furniture.
