* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1000000 ~ 3000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in supply of goods with related services as supplier shall be 05 (Five) years. i.e., time is to be counted from the date of publishing IFT.
2.The minimum specific experience as supplier of similar supply at least 03 (Three) years. i.e., time is to be counted from the date of publishing IFT. The proof of experience submitted by the tenderer for Specific Experience should be signed by Executive Engineer or higher ranked officer of govt./semi-govt./autonomous organization.
3.The tenderer must submit: (i) Up to date valid trade license, (ii) up to date income tax clearance certificate, (iii) Valid VAT registration certificate
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be minimum Tk 9.00 (Nine) Lac only.
