* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 200000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 200000 ~ 600000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. Tenderer Should have Similar Working Experiences.
2. A Programme & Work Schedule must be submitted for this Works within 07 days through Engineer-Incharge to PE after signing of the Contract.
3. As per work schedule, after execution of work, Measurement Certificate should be prepared & Signed by Engineer-Incharge & Contractor.
4. Before submitting the tender the tenderer is to be aware to submit a Consent Letter to PE so that he is aware of this. Failure to submit the consent letter will disqualify the tenderer.
5) 05 (Five) Year's Experience in the supply of Electrical Goods/Equipments/similar items. In this connection, Certificates for supply of similar equipment shall have to be submitted by the bidder. i.e. years counting backward from date of publication of IFT in the E-GP system. A satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods & works of at least Tk BDT 1.6 Lac under 2 of contract(s) over a period of 5 years shall be required. This Supply record shall be duly signed by the manufacturer's authorized representative.
6) Tenderer should submit the Manufacturer's warranty certificate along with the bid documents.
7. Valid Trade License, Income Tax Certificate, VAT, TIN.
